Deposit & Billing Information
A non-refundable 50% retainer fee (25% if event is 6 months+ away) is required to secure your event reservation. Final payment is due at least 7 days prior to your event. You may also pay the balance in full at time of reservation, we accept all major credit cards. Special arrangements can be made…call us for details.
Delivery & Set Up
We arrive a minimum of one hour prior to your service period to load-in and setup.
Charitable Organizations, Military, and School Discounts
We have special programs and prices for non-profits, charities, military, and schools. Please call us to discuss. Can NOT be combined with any other discounts.
Off-Peak Discounts
